The first 2 hour consultation will be free of charge and without obligation, during this consultation we can assess your company to see where you are with your Health & safety and advise of any immediate requirements.

It is a legal requirement to have a written, up to date Health & Safety policy if you have five or more employees.
You only have to see the recent press to see the consequences of accidents and incidents and the sentences handed out by the courts. The HSE is pushing for all work related fatalities to have a corporate manslaughter charge.

It is also a legal requirement that you employ a competent person to be responsible for Health & Safety matters within your company. This person must ensure that you meet the necessary Health & Safety obligations. We can meet these obligations by acting as your competent person.
